So now would be a good time to show you some of the basic skills of good customer service. As i have said at the beginging it is a skill, therefore don't be too nervous if you are shy or that, you will be fine. In fact you will be better than fine you will be amazing.
I am going to need you all now to use your imagination a little bit here too, okay, because as you see I don't have an office space. But hey, its all abit of fun. RIGHT!!!
This is being done in a fun and relaxed manner, but i want you to remember when bringing these skills into the customer service arena be professional.
1. Image is very important, reason being in the customer service industry a book is judged by it's cover.
2. At all times be confident in yourself, especially on the telephone, listen to the customer carefully so as to succeed in providing for their needs.
3. Some days are just going to be "one of those days". Remeber the customer is always right so if you want to scream, DON'T.....
4. Body language can speak a thousand words always remember that.
5. Always go that extra mile for our customers. Remember a happy customer is one who will return again. Therefore it means money, monyey, money.
